Caviar is a food product, not a medicine. Once delivered, proper storage (chilled) is your responsibility. Spoilage due to improper storage by the customer is not refundable.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders (e.g., for suspected fraud or pricing errors). Cancelled paid orders will be refunded.
5. Prices
Prices are in Omani Rial (OMR). Prices may change, but you will be charged the price shown at checkout.
6. Shipping
We deliver in temperature-controlled packaging. You must provide an accurate address. If delivery fails due to your error/unavailability, we reserve the right to decide on refunds/reshipping given the perishable nature of the product.
7. Inspection
Inspect your package upon arrival. If damaged or spoiled, take photos immediately and contact us within a few hours.
8. Refunds (Perishable Goods)
We do not accept returns of opened products or refunds for change of mind. Refunds/replacements are only for products arriving damaged/spoiled, provided you report it immediately with proof.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect damages or issues caused by incorrect customer information.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Disputes are subject to Muscat courts.
